What Is MoneyNosh?

If you didn’t major in Economics or get a degree in Money Management, there may be some gaps in your knowledge about the best ways to handle your personal finances. MoneyNosh® fills those gaps ... with a series of short game activities that focus on what is important to you. The game teaches you how to make money choices that are right for you … so you can achieve your financial dreams.

From credit cards to student loans, buying a car to saving for that proverbial rainy day — and everything in between — MoneyNosh looks at your own unique financial situation; then it gives you the specific knowledge to make smart decisions when it comes to your money. It’s the kind of valuable information you can not only use now, but also down the road as your life changes.

You earn points by making choices that are relevant to you, not some generic answer.
Concepts are easy to understand without jargon. Each game grows with you.
Each game activity takes 5 minutes or less. Even the optional video cartoons are shorts.
Yes, it is fun! You’ll tear up student loans, go on a shopping spree, retire early, and much more!

Frequently Asked Questions?

Do I need to be good at math?

Nope. We got you covered there. In some activities where there is math, we do all the calculations for you.

Do I have to give you access to my financial accounts?

Absolutely not! That’s your business.

Does it cost anything?

Nope. The game is totally free (although if you ever want to send us some chocolate, we won’t turn it down. We love sweets.)

Will you ask me info about my financial situation?

Yes, we will – and you can totally make everything up if you like. We have no way of knowing whether what you tell us is real or not.

Any info you are willing to provide is only used to personalize the game to best meet your needs. If you tell us you don’t have kids, for example, you won’t see any game activities about saving or paying for college. Don’t want to tell us about any credit card or student loan debt? That’s perfectly OK. When you play the “Get out of Debt” game activity, you’ll still learn about getting out of debt – just not the specific steps you should take.

Our Story

Years ago I worked for a credit card company marketing cash advances, charging very high interest to people who really couldn’t afford it. The better I was at my job, the worse it was for them. Every night I went home feeling terrible and eventually quit. Most of them were just never taught the ins and outs of personal finance.

That's why I started MoneyNosh to help people like you. Don’t you wish personal finance wasn’t so complex, boring and time-consuming? Well, that’s how we feel at MoneyNosh. So, after spending our careers working for banks and the like, we decided to do something about it.

Our Mission

Empowering each and every person to achieve financial security.
